USCIS requested to feed an I-601 Waiver to overcome the grounds of excludability based on her medical condition. The initial waiver was erroneously denied by the USCIS, which was appealed again by the Law Offices of N.M. Gehi, P.C. and the same has been granted by the USCIS!
