Naresh Gehi is an immigration attorney licensed to practice law in the Eastern and Southern District of New York, and in the State of Connecticut. He is also admitted to the Court of Appeals. Experienced Immigration attorney Gehi holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Georgia, and was employed by former administrative judge, Jeffrey M. Gottlieb, Esq., for approximately six years. During his employment with Mr. Gottlieb, Atty. Gehi learned the art of dealing with complicated immigration cases, including H-1Bs, Labor Certifications, I-140s, I-485s, deportation proceedings, and family-based petitions. In addition, Atty. Gehi maintains an active trial practice, specializing in arguing complex deportation cases. One of Atty. Gehi's most arduous cases involved a client whose name and birth date matched that of a suspected terrorist. Mr. Gehi won the case against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which led to the client successfully obtaining a green card.

Natasha J. Mallhi received her J.D. with a concentration in International and Humanitarian Law, and her L.L.M. in Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development from Pace University. While in law school, Natasha was awarded a scholarship to study abroad with the Tibetan Government-in-Exile in Dharamsala, India. She was also selected to intern at the United Nations with the Permanent Mission of the Commonwealth of Dominica, addressing matters of climate change refugees, sea-level rise and marine mammal protection. As Senior Paralegal, she handles case preparation, manages scheduling, and trains supporting staff. Ms. Chaudhry is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. Attorney Vaishali Chaudhuri is one of the senior paralegals in the Immigration law firm. Vaishali has completed her schooling at Lamartiniere for Girls, one of the premier private schools in India. Ron Slomin is the Human Resources Manager for Gehi & Associates. He is a Human Resources professional with over 12 years of hands-on Generalist experiences with several industries, mostly at the senior corporate level.

Some of them include: Director of Human Resources at Island Medical Center, HR Manager at Globenet Telecommunications Inc., HR/Payroll Manager at Steve and Barry's University Sportswear, and HR Manager at Home Depot.

Ron has negotiated different union contracts with the following: Local 1199, NYSNA, Local 1150, and the Teamsters Union. He has never lost an EEO or Arbitration case and one of them was requested to be written up in the American Arbitration Association Educational Publication as a test case.

Ron is part owner of a 30 year old music school in Brooklyn, N.Y. and is a professional musician who performs in several bands, including as an official member of the New York City Auxiliary Police Band.

Betty Mohammad received her B.A. in English with a minor in Journalism from Queens College. Sergey Lyapustin graduated from CUNY City College of New York with a Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering and minor in Computer Science. Over the past few years, Sergey has been leaning more towards software development, and has built desktop applications, web apps and Android apps. At Gehi & Associates, Sergey is a technical support specialist for Immigration lawyers, as well as software developer for the firm's websites, software and apps.
