Parent- Child Petition Approved after Case was misguided by Previous Attorney
A client came to us after going to another attorney and received misguided information regarding the filing of a parent-child Adjustment of Status (AOS) application. The Gehi & Associates, P.C. sorted out the issues pertaining to the client's misrepresentation and explained to them what is required and necessary in order to file an AOS petition for a parent-child. Our firm then proceeded to file an Adjustment of Status petition on the client's behalf. After the case was filed, a few months later the case was approved and the client received his green card.
