Third Time Adjustment Of Status Interview
A United States citizen husband, sponsored his wife for a visa. She had entered the United States as a visitor. The client had been previously scheduled for two Adjustment of Status interviews, during which time no decision was made. The client received letters that the case was pending, with no additional information. The client then retained the services of the Law Offices of N.M. Gehi.
